The property operating under the name CITY CENTER VILLA, located in Kavala (8 Dardanellion Str.), with Licenses: 3610224, 3610250.

2. Scope of Application

These terms apply to the use of the official website and the Property’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.

3. Website Purpose & Booking Process

• Information: The website provides information regarding accommodation services and villa features.
• Reservation Form: This website does not process instant bookings. Filling out the Reservation Form does not automatically make reservations. Completing the form constitutes an expression of interest (request). The reservation is considered valid only after the Administrator contacts the Customer, confirms availability and the customer makes a deposit via Bank Transfer.
• Third-Party Providers: For finalized bookings, the Property may direct users to third-party providers (e.g., Booking.com). In such cases, the Client is bound by the terms and conditions of those platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, photographs, logos) is the intellectual property of CITY CENTER VILLA. Any reproduction, republication, or storage is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Administrator.

5. Limitation of Liability

Descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for any technical errors or inaccuracies in the provided information.
